We Have Informed you That the Postponed Annual General Meeting (AGM) of SAEINDIA was Scheduled on 20th October 2010 in Chennai at 6.00 PM at Hendry Maudslay's Hall, Anna University. Please Note that it will be in Alumni Centre of CEG in Anna University Campus and Not as mentioned above. There is no Change in date or time.

Date : 20th October 2010.

Time : 6.00 PM, A High Tea will be Served from 5.15 to 5.55 PM, Ground Floor

Advance notice was given on 30.09.10 for you to Plan your other commitments so as to be there for the AGM.

The agenda for the AGM will be

• Welcome by President
• Confirmation of minutes of last meeting.
• Secretary’s report on activities
• Passing of Audited statement of Accounts for the year 2009 -10 – will be presented by Treasurer
• Appointment of Auditor for the year 2010-11
• Any other matter with the permission of President
• Vote of thanks

We have already Sent you the relevant attachments with our Previous notice and the Same Can be referred to for this Meeting.
